DescriptionA paper calendar featuring black and white landscape photos of Prince Edward Island with a metal, spiral binding. The cover shows many people along the shore of a beach. At the top center is “Scenic Calendar of Prince Edward Island Canada” in various fonts and sizes. In the bottom left corner is printed “Cavendish Beach”. The interior features 12 pages each with a large black and white photo. Below each photo in small font is the location of the photo on PEI. At the bottom center is the month with a chart showing the days of the month. The images in order are Cavendish Shore, St. Dunstan’s Basilica, a farm scene near Churchill, “Green Gables” in Cavendish, the Charlottetown Hotel, the Old Church in Tryon, the S.S. P.E.I car ferry, Prince of Wales College, Summerside High School, a bridge crossing the Montague River, the Montague River, and the Legislative Building in Charlottetown. Narrative

postcards, calendars and travel guides were popular items and allowed tourists
to take a small piece of the Island home with them.
