DescriptionWoven basket with a rectangular base. The side are flared forming an oval opening. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp splints (1.7 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (1.8 cm). The rim of the basket wood splints that have been nailed together. The bottom of the basket is reinforced by two thicker wood splints both inside and outside the basket.
