DescriptionWoven basket with a square base. The side are flared to form a circular opening. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp splints (1.0 cm and 1.5 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (1.7 cm). Most of the warp splints are the narrower width with a wider on at the top and then three wider ones that have been dyed pink near the top alternated with narrower splints. The interior of the basket is dyed green. The rim of the basket wood splints that have been nailed together. At the top of the basket there is two breaks in the weave pattern that act as handles.
