DescriptionDeep round basket with a movable handle. The warps are dyed blue, the 3rd and 5th weft from the top are dyed red, 4th weft dyed green and all the others are natural colour. Alternate warps are hemmed in. The double rim is attached with nails. The handle is secured on the outside rim with a nail which is bent inside. The basket has a circular mouth and a square base.Attributed to Mary Paul Thomas.
