DescriptionRound bottom woven basket with straight side with a single squared handle. The basket is woven in a one over one under pattern the weft stands are all the same width (1.4 cm) while the warp stands alternate in width (1.5cm and 0.3 cm). The narrower warp strands are a slightly lighter color than the wider strands. The rim of the basket is a thin wood splint that is single bound. The ends of the handle are woven with the weft into the sides of the basket. Collections
