DescriptionWoven basket with a rectangular base. The side are straight forming a rectangular opening. The basket has one squared handle. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp strands (0.4 cm) are significantly narrower than the weft strands (1.2 cm). The warp strands alternated between a lighter and a darker wood. The rim of the basket is a single bound wood splint. The basket has a single squared handle that has the ends woven into the basket with the weft strands. Collections
