DescriptionWoven basket with a rectangular base. The side are slightly flared to form a larger rectangular opening. The basket has two squared hinged handles. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp strands are two widths (2.2 cm) are slightly narrower than the weft strands (2.4 cm). The rim of the basket is a wood splints nailed to the basket. The basket has two squared handles that are attached to the basket with a single nail on each side into the rim.
