DescriptionWoven basket with a circular base. The side are flared forming a larger circular opening. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. Most of the warp splints (0.3 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (0.7 cm). Around the top and bottom are two rows of a wider splint (1.3 cm). Between the wider splints at the top is a row of diamond jikiji’j. Along the wider splints at the bottom is two rows of jikiji’j. The rim of the basket single wrapped wood splint on a solid wood splint frame. Collections
