DescriptionWoven basket with a circular base. The side are straight forming a circular opening. The basket has a circular lid (5.0 cm). The basket and lid are woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp splint on the basket (1.0 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (1.1 cm). The warp splints alternate between the normally woven and rows of jikiji’j. The warp splints on the lid (1.1 cm) are narrower than the weft splint (2.3 cm) The lid also has two rows of jikiji’j at the edge of the lid. The rim of the basket and the lid are single bound wood splint. Collections
