DescriptionWoven basket with a circular base. The side are straight forming a circular opening. The lid is circular as well (3.0 cm). The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. Most of the warp splints on the basket (0.2 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (1.1 cm). Around the bottom and near the top is a row of a wider splints (1.8 cm) along the wider splint at the bottom is a row of jikiji’j. Most of the warp splint on the lid (0.2 cm) are also narrower than the weft splints. The narrow splints are only located around the edge of the lid. On the side of the lid is a single row of a wider splint (1.5 cm) which also has a row of jikiji’j. In the center of the lid is several rows of sweet grass.
