DescriptionWoven basket with a circular base. The side are flared to form a larger circular opening. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp splints (1.8 cm and 2.7 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (2.8 cm). Around the top and middle of the basket are two lengths of the wider warp splints that are bridged by a row of diamond jikiji’j. The rim of the basket is double wrapped wood splints.Collections
