DescriptionWoven basket with a circular base. The side flare forming a larger circular opening. The basket has a circular lid (4.0 cm). The basket and lid are woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp splints on the basket (1.0 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (1.7 cm). Near the top of the basket is a row of diamond jikiji’j between to warp splints. The warp splints on the lid (0.4 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (0.8 cm) The rim of the basket and the lid are single bound wood splint. Collections
