DescriptionWoven basket with a circular base. The side are flared forming a larger circular opening. The basket has a D-shaped handle. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp splints increase in width moving down the basket (1.0-2.0 cm) with narrower splint (0.5 cm) between the widening splints. The weft splints are of a uniform width (2.0 cm). The rim is single wrapped sweet grass on a solid wood splint frame. The handle is D-shaped wood splint that is woven into the basket with the weft splints. Collections
