DescriptionWoven basket with a circular base. The side are straight forming a a circular opening. The basket has a circular lid (2.5 cm). The basket and lid are woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp splints on the basket (1.0 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (1.5 cm). The weft splint on the lid alternate between two widths (1.7 cm and 0.6 cm). The warp splints also alternate between two widths (0.9 cm and 0.5 cm) with five rows of the narrow splints at the center. The rim of the basket and the lid are single bound wood splint. Collections
